Team Cuts...Effects on Middle School Athletes

Should Middle Schools cut players from sports teams?  A tough dilemma.  After experiencing the downside of her child being cut from a local team, a concerned parent took it upon herself to address her son's middle school "cut/no cut" policy.  She drafted a well thought out memo to the school's administration which articulated her concerns and observations.  The result was worth the effort.
