Get to Know MySpace!

Did you know MySpace was originally created as a means for bands to get feedback on their music?  It's certainly evolved from that point!  Currently, the MySpace tagline states, "A place for friends."  Since your child may have internet access at home or with friends, there's some important information to consider.  Technically, children are required to affirm that they are 14 years or older to use the site.  That said, if your child is under 14 and has chosen to check off the box stating their age as 14 or above, that's a whole other issue.  Either way, it's worth exploring MySpace.com on your own.
