You may have thought that the language you speak at home would be all you'd need to communicate with your child. If only that were true...there's a whole other language that isn't entirely intuitive. To make it easier for you, below is a tool to help clarify the confusion. (Warning: to be a useful tool, we believe it needs to be authentic...which means that some terms may be offensive. lag: delay, usually in a gaming or network environment, meaning something is taking a while, or there is a brief delay between an action and its result.
lairy: Loud (example: "Don't get lairy.")
leet: a hacker term meaning "elite," see "mad skills"
licked: To be drunk or high.
lit: Extremely drunk or high.
log: to log on, or log off, usually a game or social network, "I'm gonna log." Can be coming or going.
loved up: 1. To be high, usually refers to the drug ecstasy. 2. The feeling of love and well being as a result from a drug induced high.
