You may have thought that the language you speak at home would be all you'd need to communicate with your child. If only that were true...there's a whole other language that isn't entirely intuitive. To make it easier for you, below is a tool to help clarify the confusion. (Warning: to be a useful tool, we believe it needs to be authentic...which means that some terms may be offensive. As such, please be careful not to share this section with your child.)

taxed: To steal.
tight: 1. Close 2. Cool 3. Stingy
tool: Someone who is used by others or can't think for themselves.
tore up: Intoxication to the point of putting yourself in stupid and dangerous situations. (Can be considered funny and entertaining by peers.)
toy: An inexperienced graffiti artist.
tricked out: 1. Heavily accessorized 2. Modifications made to improve something after it is purchased.
tripping: 1. Crazy, wild behavior. Does not necessarily have to do with being under the influence of drugs. 2. Being under the influence of drugs.
two cents: Advice or opinion.
